Reviewing the March Glossybox, a monthly beauty subscription box

The last time I ordered a Glossybox was in my second year of university so at least 4 years ago! I wish I could remember what I got inside it but I can’t for the life of me recall and it’s not in my Glossy Box history :(. Anyway I am now subscribed to receive them monthly and cannot wait to start receiving this cute pink box of treats each month. I get so excited about it as I love surprises and it’s like a little gift from me to me, every month! They are one of the most affordable monthly beauty subscription boxes I know of – £10 plus p&p!

Anyway, I ordered this box very late in March so as soon as I received it, I got an email a couple of days after to say my April box had been dispatched – what a shame! 😉

I was so pleased with my first box as it contained essential products for prepping your skin – this important starting point means that when your skin looks good, your make up will apply easier and you will see a much cleaner finish.

At £9.99 plus delivery for the box, it had already been worth it and more with the first product in full size worth £30! This was the oOlution eye love. I was so pleased with this as my eyes and dark circles have been starting to bother my lately and I had just bought a Bobbi Brown under eye corrector to try and cover them. This product is 100% natural and feels so luxorious. I have been putting it under my eyes every night before bed and can’t wait to see the results.

The Nip + Fab kale fix moisturiser, probably my fave item in this box. It smells delicious and feels so soft on the skin – I am loving this!

Next I had Sleek eye and cheek palette, also full size and worth £10*. I received the ‘all day soirée’ palette which I love but other options include ‘see you at midnight’, ‘dancing till dusk’ and ‘a midsummers dream’ – I love these names! I’m excited to try these neutral shades!

This works in transit camera close up – This was perfect as I have been meaning to buy a primer for a while to improve the finish of my make up and this one is a 3 in 1, perfect for those times when you want a quicker skincare routine – mask, moisturiser and primer.

Figs & Rouge hydra-activ day cream – I can’t say I’ve heard of this brand but I’m always happy to try a new moisturiser and this contains vitamins A, C and E which I love. This claims to have so many benefits – reduce fine lines, hydrate, restore radiance and vitality, smooth skin and help boost skin elasticity – here’s to hoping it can achieve all of that!

Schwarzkopf Professional oil pulp treatment. I can’t wait to try this, as the sun is making an appearance more and more, this treatment contains UV filters whilst removing impurities from hair. My hair is seriously calling out for something like this at the moment so I will keep you updated on how I get on with it!
